These Terms govern your use of the Service and form the agreement between You and the Company.

By using this Website or purchasing any Service through it, You automatically agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If You do not agree with any part, do not access the Service.
You must be over 18 to use the Service.
Use of the Service is also subject to our Privacy Policy. Please read it before using the Website.
By proceeding with payment or using the Service, you confirm you have read and agreed to these Terms.

We may link to external websites. We are not responsible for their content, privacy policies, or practices. You use them at your own risk.
Minimum Commitment & Auto-Renewal
Initial Term: A minimum commitment of 3 months applies from your subscription start date.
Auto-Renewal: After the initial period, your subscription will automatically renew in 3-month terms.
Cancellation Policy: You must provide at least 14 days’ written notice before the renewal date to cancel. Otherwise, the next 3-month term will start and be fully payable.
Early Cancellation: You cannot cancel during the initial 3-month period. If attempted, the remaining balance will become immediately due.
Post-Commitment Cancellation: After the first 3 months, cancellation is allowed with 14 days’ written notice before the next renewal date.
By signing up, you agree that your subscription will renew every 3 months unless cancelled as outlined above.
Quarterly Brand Mention Guarantee
1. Guaranteed Brand Mentions
Renown PR guarantees a minimum number of media placements (brand mentions) per quarter based on the selected package:
Influence: 10 media placements per 3 months
Fame: 20 media placements per 3 months
Legacy: 30 media placements per 3 months
2. Underperformance Clause
If we fail to deliver the guaranteed number of brand mentions in a quarter, any shortfall will roll over into the next quarter and be prioritised.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as per our Refunds Policy.
3. Remedial Work
We will prioritise outstanding mentions in the following quarter at no extra charge, while continuing the standard campaign.
4. Links Disclaimer
We aim to secure backlinks with mentions but cannot guarantee them. Publishers control whether or not to include links.
5. Exclusions
This guarantee applies only to the quantity of brand mentions. It does not cover SEO performance metrics such as Domain Rating (DR), traffic, or search rankings.
Refunds Policy
All payments to Renown PR are non-refundable, including for early cancellation or dissatisfaction with results.
By using our Service, You accept this no-refund policy in full.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid by You for the Service in the previous 3 months.
We are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, except where such liability cannot be excluded under UK law.
“AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” Disclaimer
While we aim to deliver high-quality PR services, we do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or achieve any specific media outcome.
Use of the Service is at your own discretion and risk.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Disputes Resolution
If You have a dispute with the Company, You agree to contact us first and attempt to resolve it informally.
For EU Consumers
If You are an EU consumer, you are entitled to the protection of any mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
Severability and Waiver
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Translation
The English version of these Terms and Conditions shall prevail in case of any conflict.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will aim to provide at least 30 days’ notice before any material changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept those changes.
